2026 Hall of Fame Selection Underway

The Springwater Sports Heritage Board Selection Committee is officially in motion! The committee is currently immersed in the rigorous process of reviewing the 2026 Hall of Fame Nominations, evaluating the incredible contributions and achievements of our local sporting community.
There is a definite sense of excitement as we reflect on the calibre of talent and dedication represented in the submissions. We are eagerly looking forward to welcoming a new group of members who embody the spirit and excellence of Springwater sports.
Key Dates & Details:
- Early May: The Selection Committee will deliver its formal report and announce the successful nominees.
- June: Public ticket sales will be officially announced. Be sure to check back early to secure your spot!
- September 25, 2026: The official Induction Ceremony will take place at the Barrie Country Club (BCC).
For those unable to join us in person, we are thrilled to confirm that the Induction Ceremony will be livestreamed again this year, ensuring our entire community can share in these special moments of recognition.
Stay tuned for our upcoming announcement in May as we prepare to celebrate the teams, builders, and athletes who have shaped our heritage. It promises to be another unforgettable Induction!
