Springwater Sports Heritage Constitution
Springwater Sports Heritage’s Constitution defines the rules and procedures under which the organization operates. It allows members and potential members to have a better understanding of what the organization is all about and how it functions. It describes the fundamental principles which govern its operation and assists in supporting continuity.
To ensure the Constitution remains current and reflects the will of members, the Board can make appropriate changes to the Constitution. These amendments can be approved at any appropriately constituted Board meeting.
