Stanley Ritchie (builder) Highlights

Stan coached Minor Ball for many years when his children were growing up.

1972 Stan held the position of Vice President of the Barrie & District Baseball Association.

Stan coached Intermediate Hockey

Stan volunteered 14 years coaching Tyke’s which is known as the IP Program today.   Stan still sponsors that age group and each year gives out an award to the kids and gives a special gift to the winners.

1976-77 Stan won the Doug McConnell Memorial Trophy for his dedication to Elmvale Minor Hockey.  An award his mother Neil Ritchie also won.

Stan sponsored the Elmvale Men’s Broomball Team.

1991-Present Stan sponsors Elmvale Minor Ball Teams

1996 Stan was named Elmvale Citizen of the year.
