Induction Award:

Beginning with Edenvale Juniors to his ascendancy as an elite Ont. fastball pitcher, Leo’s career was earmarked with numerous and prestigious team and individual accomplishments. With Elmvale and Barrie teams he won several Barrie Senior championships. In 1975, he pitched Lakeview Dairy (Barrie) to an O.A.S.A. Int. A. championship against Sault Ste. Marie. While his priority was always team success he nevertheless can claim many individual achievements. Leo won numerous M.V.P. and All Star awards. In addition his resume includes several no hitters as well as numerous games with impressive double digit strikeout totals. Above all he was the consummate team player and teammate.
